💆‍♂️💆‍♀️ Massages for Two: What You Need to Know

Occasionally, clients may request a massage for two, typically for a couple or friends who want to enjoy their massages at the same time. Here's everything you need to know:

Written by Rayan Matar

📌 How Does It Work?

✔️ Clients must make two separate bookings—one for each person.
✔️ They should indicate in the booking comments that it is a massage for two so that professionals are aware.
✔️ Our system treats this as two independent bookings, meaning Wecasa will match two different professionals for the session.

⏳ Punctuality is Key

Since the goal is to have both massages at the same time, arriving on time—or even a few minutes early—is crucial.

This allows you to:

✔️ Meet the other professional before the session.
✔️ Greet the clients together for a smooth experience.
✔️ Ensure both massages start on time, preventing any frustration for the clients.

👐 Massage Techniques & Synchronisation

✔️ You don't need to match your massage exactly to the other professional's.
✔️ Each client may have different preferences or even different types of massage booked.
✔️ The most important factor is ensuring the client’s comfort and expectations are met.

🚨 What If Wecasa Can't Find a Second Professional?

✔️ If Wecasa is unable to match a second professional, the client will have the option to:
Proceed with just one massage (only one person will receive a massage).
Cancel both appointments (in this case, you won’t be required to perform two massages).

This situation is very rare, as we usually manage to find both professionals.

💡 Final Tip: If you're booked for a massage for two, always double-check the details in the app and be mindful of timing.

Clients expect a seamless and relaxing experience, and your professionalism plays a big role in that! 💆✨
