What is changing?
One-off and 1st regular cleaning session: earn Ā£13/hr
From the 2nd session onwards: earn Ā£15/hr, a +Ā£2/hr bonus
In other words, when you maintain a regular cleaning session with the same customer, your pay increases from Ā£13/hr to Ā£15/hr starting from their second session.
What if I already have regular customers?
If you have active regular customers who are already on their second session or beyond, your rate for those bookings will automatically increase to Ā£15/hr starting on September 1st 2026
Why are we updating our pricing?
We want a model that directly rewards your loyalty and your long-term clients.
On the customer side, rates also drop to cover only essential service fees. Wecasa continues to handle bookings, invoicing, payment processing and customer support for you if any issue arises with a client.
You remain free to choose which offers you want to accept.

Options such as providing cleaning products remain available and will add +Ā£1.50/hr when selected by the customer.
How can I ensure this pilot is successful long-term?
This new pricing is being launched as a 3-month pilot. The success of the pilot will be reflected in customers keeping their regular cleaning sessions and choosing to stay with the same cleaner.
