You’ll receive service requests that match:

💰 A clear net payout amount—no surprises, you’ll always know what you’ll earn before accepting!

2️⃣ Managing proposals: You’re in control

For each request, you can:
Accept the booking
🕰 Suggest another time
Refuse the request

💡 Wecasa never imposes an order—you decide which ones to take!

🚨 Important: Customers can request an appointment up to 2 hours before the desired time, so stay alert for last-minute requests!

3️⃣ Transparent pricing

Prices are set by Wecasa to ensure fairness for both you and the customer.

4️⃣ Payments and collections are handled by Wecasa

💳 Clients pay online: Customers enter their credit card details when booking, and payment is processed the day after the service.
🏦 You get paid weekly: Wecasa transfers your earnings every week for services completed in the previous week.
📌 Don’t forget to enter your IBAN in your professional account to receive payments!

5️⃣ Build client loyalty with Wecasa

Customers cannot directly choose their pro for their first booking, but after a session, they can request you exclusively for their next appointment!

✅ Receive and manage service requests
✅ Communicate with customers

💡 Essential steps to get started:

  • Activate push notifications to receive service proposals instantly.

  • Upload your ID and diplomas/training certificates to finalize your profile, and set up your account using this article!

  • Reply to each proposal—our system sends offers one by one, and a slow response means the client waits longer.

🚨 You won’t be penalized for refusing a proposal.


🏡 Before / during / after: Tips from top Wecasa pros

✨ Before the appointment

Communicate with your client via the Wecasa Pro app—by messaging them directly in the app or by calling them from the Wecasa Pro app. Remember to clarify their expectations and needs.
Plan your trips and allow enough time between services for travel and parking.

💆 During the appointment

Put your client at ease—this may be their first Wecasa experience! A warm welcome goes a long way.
Explain your process—this is a simple way of keeping the customer occupied while you install your equipment. This helps to build the customer's confidence.

📩 After the appointment

Encourage clients to book with you again—remember that when they first order the service, Wecasa customers cannot choose their professional. You have therefore been "matched" by our system. The next time they request a service from Wecasa, your customer will automatically be offered your profile. They will then be able to ask you exclusively if they wish.
Ask them to complete the satisfaction survey—at the end of the service, the customer receives a satisfaction survey from Wecasa.
Customer ratings help you to improve and contribute to your Wecasa score.
Give them a pro tip—one last piece of advice will leave a lasting impression on your customer's mind and contribute to their satisfaction right up to the last second.
