📌 Who Issues the Invoices?

Wecasa takes care of issuing invoices to your clients on your behalf. Clients receive two invoices for each session:

1️⃣ The first invoice – Issued in your name, reflecting your earnings from the session.
2️⃣ The second invoice – Reflecting the Wecasa commission deducted from the total amount paid by the client.

💡 When are invoices generated?
Invoices are automatically created 24 hours after the session, once the client has completed their payment. You can download them directly from your Wecasa Pro app.

📄 Why Do Some Invoices Have Two Pages?

Wecasa occasionally provides discount codes to clients. If a client uses a discount, their payment amount may be lower than the total service price.

💡 Does this impact your earnings?
🚨 No! Wecasa covers the discount, so you still receive the full amount.

📌 Example:

  • A client books a service for £40 but applies a £15 discount code.

  • The client only pays £25 (£40 - £15).

  • You still receive £30 (Wecasa covers the £5 difference).

🔹 Result:
✔️ Invoice 1: £25 addressed to the client
✔️ Invoice 2: £5 addressed to Wecasa

This ensures you always receive the correct amount for your work, no matter what discount the client uses! 🚀
