π Who Issues the Invoices?
Wecasa takes care of issuing invoices to your clients on your behalf. Clients receive two invoices for each session:
1οΈβ£ The first invoice β Issued in your name, reflecting your earnings from the session.
2οΈβ£ The second invoice β Reflecting the Wecasa commission deducted from the total amount paid by the client.
π‘ When are invoices generated?
Invoices are automatically created 24 hours after the session, once the client has completed their payment. You can download them directly from your Wecasa Pro app.
π Why Do Some Invoices Have Two Pages?
Wecasa occasionally provides discount codes to clients. If a client uses a discount, their payment amount may be lower than the total service price.
π‘ Does this impact your earnings?
π¨ No! Wecasa covers the discount, so you still receive the full amount.
π Example:
A client books a service for Β£40 but applies a Β£15 discount code.
The client only pays Β£25 (Β£40 - Β£15).
You still receive Β£30 (Wecasa covers the Β£5 difference).

This ensures you always receive the correct amount for your work, no matter what discount the client uses! π
