At Wecasa, our mission has always been simple: to help you with your daily chores so you can focus on what matters most. Here's a breakdown of our pricing structure designed to reward loyal customers while ensuring professionals are paid fairly.

Once you complete your 2nd regular cleaning session, your rate locks in at £17.90/hr (saving you £4/hr compared to a single booking). This rate stays locked even if you change cleaning professionals, as long as you keep your regular booking active.

If you had an active regular cleaning session prior to 01/09/2026, your current hourly rate remains the same - even if your cleaning pro changes.

However, if you cancel your regular session and rebook later, your new bookings will be subject to our updated rate (£21.90/hr for the 1st session and then £17.90 from the second session onwards)

We want to reward long-term clients while ensuring pros are fairly compensated. Our goal is to fairly reward our pros, and as a Wecasa customer, you can be proud to support them with pay rates above the UK market average.

By keeping your cleaning sessions on Wecasa, you get a competitive price while maintaining full peace of mind, knowing that if anything ever goes wrong, our insurance and team have you covered.

To make this happen, Wecasa is reducing its service fees while continuing to provide booking, payment processing, dedicated customer support, pro replacement if absent, and applicable insurance cover.

If you change professionals after your 2nd session, you will keep paying £17.90/hr. However, if you cancel your regular bookings, then you will automatically have to pay £21.90/hr for your first regular cleaning session.
