📅 1) How does regular cleaning at Wecasa work?
Once your booking request is accepted, we schedule your cleaning sessions based on your selected frequency. This reserves a dedicated slot in your pro’s calendar!
📱 Where to manage your sessions:
View upcoming sessions in the Wecasa app or your customer area.
Contact your pro, request modifications, or cancel an appointment easily.
🚨 Why don’t I see all my future sessions?
For display reasons, only a limited number of appointments are shown at a time. The rest will be automatically scheduled as previous sessions are completed—no action needed from you!
🔄 2) How do I change or cancel my regular cleaning appointments?
You have full control over your appointments! If you need to reschedule, modify, or cancel, simply do it from the Wecasa app or customer area.
✔️ Reschedule: Ask your pro to change the date, time, frequency, or duration of your cleaning session.
✔️ Cancel: You can cancel for free up to 24 hours before your session. After this time, cancellation fees apply.
🚨 Important: When making changes, you’ll have two options:
"This appointment" → Modifies/cancels only the next session.
"All my appointments" → Modifies/cancels all future sessions.
👥 3) I want to change my cleaner—how do I do it?
At Wecasa, we carefully select experienced and reliable professionals to provide top-quality service. However, if your cleaner isn’t the right fit, you can request a change.
📱 How to change your cleaner:
1️⃣ Log in to the Wecasa app.
2️⃣ Click on “Change cleaner”.
3️⃣ This will cancel all future sessions and automatically relaunch a search for a new pro.
4️⃣ That’s it! You’ll be notified once your new cleaner is assigned.
