If you are within the six-month waiting period for account deletion, you can choose to anonymize your account temporarily. Anonymization involves replacing your personal contact details (such as email and phone number) with placeholder information and temporarily disabling your ability to log in. Once the waiting period ends, your account will be fully deleted.

🗑️ Steps to Delete Your Account

If you’ve decided to delete your Wecasa account, follow these simple steps:

1️⃣ Open the Wecasa app 📱
2️⃣ Go to "My Account"
3️⃣ Select "Personal Information"
4️⃣ Tap "Delete My Account"

🚨 Important Information:

  • Account deletion is not possible within 6 months of your last booking.

  • You cannot delete your account if you have an ongoing session or a booking scheduled within the next 6 months.


💳 Want to Remove Your Payment Details Instead?

If you just want to delete your saved payment methods, you don’t need to delete your account! Simply:

  • Log in to your personal space on our website, or app.

  • Remove the registered card(s).
