📌Working Hours
⏰ Set your working hours (between 7 AM – 11 PM, 7 days a week) to receive appointment proposals only when you’re available!
✔️ You can:
Delete a day completely (if you’re unavailable).
Define a shorter time slot within a day.
Create multiple time slots on the same day (for breaks or part-time availability).
📌 These rules apply to all days of the year and will be reflected in your Wecasa diary. You will only receive proposals for your active time slots.
📌Personal Appointments
📅 Need to temporarily block off time? Add a personal appointment in your diary instead of modifying your opening hours.
✔️ How to add a personal appointment?
1️⃣ Open your Wecasa diary.
2️⃣ Click on the calendar or tap "Add an event."
🔸 Wecasa appointments are automatically added to your diary in orange.
📌Absences (Holidays, Other Work, etc.)
🏝️ If you are unavailable for multiple days, mark this as an absence so you don’t receive new proposals for that period.
✔️ How to set an absence?
1️⃣ Go to My Account > Absences.
2️⃣ Add the dates of your absence.
3️⃣ Tick “Do Not Disturb” if you don’t want to receive any offers while you’re away.
📌 Important:
🚨 Marking an absence does not affect proposal requests for dates after your return. If you don’t want proposals for future dates while you’re away, enable “Do Not Disturb” mode.
🚨 If you have existing bookings during your absence, you can cancel them directly through your Wecasa Pro app. However, it's best to inform your clients in advance to avoid disappointment.
📌Blocked Days (After a Cancellation)
🚨 Canceling an appointment impacts your availability for the rest of the day.
✔️ What happens when you cancel?
Your existing appointments stay booked, but you won’t receive new proposals for that day.
This is because Wecasa assumes that an unforeseen event has made you unavailable for the entire day.
📌 Things to remember:
Appointments canceled more than a week in advance will not block your day.
Don’t ask your client to cancel on your behalf—this affects your account.
Canceling too many appointments lowers your Wecasa score, which means fewer job proposals.
📌Blocked Slots (Unavailable Time Slots)
🟥 In your agenda, you may see blocked slots marked in red with the label "Unavailable".
✔️ These blocked slots appear when you refuse a proposal and select "Not available" as the reason.
✔️ You won’t receive new offers for that specific time slot.
