The regular cleaning service available on Wecasa corresponds to routine cleaning of your living space 🧹

⛔ What is NOT included in Wecasa cleaning services?

❌ Climbing a stepladder with more than 3 steps, or putting themselves in a dangerous position (e.g. bending over to reach a bay window).

❌ Tidying the accommodation

❌ Treating specific surfaces without the customer's agreement (such as marble, stone, terrazzo, parquet, carpets).

❌ Moving furniture

❌ Cleaning offices or commercial premises

❌ Clearing a surface after work has been completed

❌ Treating mould

❌ Handover of keys outside the accommodation (or between tenancies)

❌ Looking after animals

❌ Looking after children

❌ Cooking

❌ Receiving parcels

What is an unsanitary home?

👕 Can I book an ironing service?

Yes, with Wecasa, you can also add ironing to your booking 🧺

Simply select 'ironing' as an extra when placing your order

✨The hourly rate is the same as for standard cleaning, just make sure to allow enough extra time for ironing.

If you only need ironing, place your order as usual and mention in the 'comments' section that the booking is for ironing only.
