Booking a Wecasa cleaning service? Whether it’s your first time or a regular appointment, here’s how to ensure everything runs smoothly! 👇

First of all, you should know that we exist to make your life easier! Our range of home services is accessible to everyone, whether you live in a studio or a large house. It's the professionals who adapt to your space, not the other way round. You'll find all our advice on how to best prepare for your appointment here, and we'll be happy to answer any questions you may have. Please don't hesitate to contact us.

📍 1) Provide all necessary information when booking

To save time and make things easier for your cleaner, be sure to include key details in your booking request:
Your full address 🏠
Entry codes, floor number, or special access instructions
Specific requests or priorities for the cleaning session

💡 The more information you provide upfront, the smoother the experience will be!

🧴 2) Prepare household products & equipment

Your Wecasa pro will use your own cleaning products and tools, unless you select the option for them to bring their own. This option will appear when you fill in the booking form, after indicating your availability.

🛒 Essential cleaning products to have ready:

✔️ White vinegar → Natural and effective for multiple surfaces (microwave, windows, etc.)
✔️ Multi-purpose cleaner → For kitchen and bathroom surfaces
✔️ Toilet cleaner
✔️ Surface-specific products → Wood, glass, floors (based on your home’s needs)
✔️ Bleach (optional) → For disinfecting areas

💡 No products? No problem! You can select the "household products supplied by the pro" option when booking. Your cleaner will then bring everything needed.

🧹 Essential equipment to prepare:

✔️ Vacuum cleaner → Check if the bag is full & have different nozzles ready
✔️ Mop & bucket
✔️ Sponges → Label them for different uses (dishes, surfaces, etc.)
✔️ Microfibre cloths → Gentle and effective for dusting
✔️ Iron & ironing board → If you’ve requested ironing services

💡 If you have other equipment, prepare it in advance so you can discuss with your pro whether it’s useful.

💬 3) Communicate with your professional before the session

For a first-time cleaning session, take a few minutes to:
🗺️ Give a quick tour of your home
📌 Discuss your priorities (what’s most important vs. what’s less urgent)
Agree on time management (so they can focus on what matters most)

💡 This conversation ensures clear expectations and the best results!

🏠 4) Do I have to be home during the session?

It’s up to you! There are no rules, but here’s our recommendation:

✔️ For the first appointment, it’s helpful to be there at the start to give instructions and at the end to review the service.
✔️ If you stay home, let your pro work—but you can always do a "mini check-up" in the middle of the service, to see if everything is going as planned and if he needs anything!
✔️ If you prefer to be out, you can arrange a key handover.
