πΉ Understanding Payment Status Tags
Your payments will have different statuses, provided by our payment service provider, Stripe. These statuses indicate where your money is in the payment process.
π 1. "Received" (Blue Tag) β
β Your payment has reached your bank account.
β The amount should now be visible in your bank statement.
π 2. "Payment in Progress" (Yellow Tag) β³
β Your payment has been issued and is on its way to your bank.
β π‘ It takes about 5 days for the funds to arrive in your accoun πΉ Typically, payments are processed on Mondays for sessions completed the previous Friday to Thursday, ensuring a clear and predictable schedule.t.
Payments might also be delayed due to bank holidays, as processing resumes only on the next bank working day. For example, if Monday is a bank holiday, payments for that week will be initiated on the next banking day when operations resume. πΉ Payments for sessions completed between Friday and Thursday are usually processed the following Monday as part of the weekly payroll cycle. If delays occur, these payments are included in the next transfer cycle to ensure no session is missed.
π 3. "Next Payment" (Pink Tag) π
β Your next payment is being calculated.
β The amount updates daily based on your completed and paid sessions.
β Once the payment is issued, the status will switch to "Payment in Progress."
π What Does the Date Below My Payment Amount Mean?
πΉ For "Received" Payments:
π
The date shows when the money arrived in your bank account.
π‘ It may take 1-2 days before appearing on your bank statement.
πΉ For "Payment in Progress" Payments:
π
The date shows when the payment was issued.
π‘ Your bank will receive the funds a few days later.
πΉ For "Next Payments":
π
The date is an estimated issue date for your upcoming transfer.
π‘ This estimate updates daily based on your earnings.
π‘ Example:
If you're on monthly payments, your βNext Paymentβ total will increase daily as you complete new sessions.
Once your transfer is initiated, the status will change to "Payment in Progress."
Any sessions completed after this will be counted toward your next scheduled payment.

Ensure your account details are properly linked and verified to enable payment processing.
π Why Might My Payment Be Delayed?
πΉ Another common delay stems from pending customer charges. Payments will only be reflected after they are fully processed and authorized from the customerβs side. πΉ Variations in payment processing times can also occur due to differences in banking cycles, which might adjust the date payments appear while keeping the overall schedule unchanged.
1. Bank Holidays
Payments typically process every Monday for services completed up to the previous Thursday. However, if a bank holiday falls on a processing day, payments are delayed until banks resume operations. For instance, after a bank holiday, expect initiation the following working day.
2. Missing or Incorrect Bank Details
Payments cannot proceed if your Stripe account setup includes missing or wrong bank information. Ensure your bank details are correct to avoid such delays.
