📌 A client asks for my business card to work privately. What should I do?
As a Wecasa professional, it's important to build loyalty with your clients, but taking Wecasa clients private is strictly forbidden. Doing so could result in the termination of your account.
👀 What should you say if a client asks for your contact details?
1️⃣ They can rebook with you through Wecasa
🔹 After their first appointment, clients can request to work exclusively with you for future bookings.
🔹 They can even book only during your available slots in the app.
2️⃣ It’s simpler and more secure
🔹 Wecasa ensures secure card payments—no need for cash.
🔹 Transparent pricing prevents unexpected costs for the client.
3️⃣ They’ll pay the same price
🔹 Some clients think booking privately will be cheaper, but this isn't always true.
🔹 Wecasa’s 20% commission is fairly shared between you and the client.
4️⃣ It will hurt your Wecasa score
🔹 Your Wecasa score increases with repeat bookings. A higher score = more job proposals!
🔹 Clients can also leave reviews—helping boost your reputation.
🔹 If they book privately, they reduce your opportunities on Wecasa.
🚨 Important reminder: Taking clients off-platform can result in account suspension. Always keep bookings within Wecasa!
