🔍 Description: Whether you need to be present for a cleaning session and how to safely hand over keys to your Wecasa pro.

For both regular and one-off cleaning appointments, we recommend being present for the first session to:
✅ Welcome your cleaner
✅ Show them around your home
✅ Communicate your expectations
✅ Indicate where you store your cleaning products & equipment

After the initial visit, you can leave a set of keys if you prefer not to be present for future sessions. 🏡

If you won’t be home during an appointment, here are a few options:
✔️ Give your cleaner a spare key for future sessions.
✔️ Arrange for them to collect and return the key via a neighbor, concierge, or secure location.
✔️ If you have a key lockbox, you can share the code with your cleaner.
