If your regular cleaning appointment falls on a bank holiday, here’s what you need to know:
✅ By default, your session will take place as planned.
❌ If your pro isn’t available, they will cancel the session in advance, and you’ll be notified.
🗓️ If you prefer to skip cleaning on that day, you can cancel the appointment yourself.
💬 How to check with your pro
To avoid any surprises, we recommend:
✔️ Messaging your pro a few days before to confirm their availability.
✔️ Agreeing on a rescheduled date if needed—this can be easily done via your customer area.
💡 Changing the date? Simply modify your session through the Wecasa app or website.
