Steps to cancel a one-off or recurring appointment, reschedule instead of canceling, and cancellation fees.

If you need to cancel your Wecasa booking, here’s how to do it easily while avoiding unnecessary fees. 👇

📢 Notify your Wecasa pro first!

Before canceling, we recommend sending a message to your pro via the Wecasa app or your customer area. 📱


📅 Cancelling a one-off appointment

You can cancel your booking directly from the Wecasa app or customer area:

📱 From the app:
1️⃣ Go to "Appointments"
2️⃣ Select your booking
3️⃣ Scroll down to the cancellation conditions section
4️⃣ Tap "Cancel my appointment" and select your reason

💻 From the customer area (website):
1️⃣ Go to "My upcoming appointments"
2️⃣ Select the booking you want to cancel
3️⃣ Scroll to the bottom and click "Cancel my appointment"

🚨 Want to reschedule instead of canceling?

  • Instead of canceling, you can "request a modification" (such as changing the time or service).

  • Your Wecasa pro can accept or refuse the modification. If they refuse, you can cancel your session.


🔁 Cancelling a regular (recurring) appointment

If you have a regular booking and want to cancel one or all future sessions, follow these steps:

📱 From the app:
1️⃣ Go to "Appointments"
2️⃣ Scroll to the cancellation conditions section
3️⃣ Click "Cancel one or more appointments"
4️⃣ Choose the reason and confirm

💻 From the customer area (website):
1️⃣ Go to "My upcoming appointments"
2️⃣ Select the session you want to cancel
3️⃣ Click "Cancel my appointment"
4️⃣ Choose to cancel just this session or all future sessions
5️⃣ Confirm your reason

🚨 Want to reschedule a regular appointment?

  • Instead of canceling, ask your Wecasa pro for a modification.

  • This is the best option to keep your recurring sessions active.


💰 Cancellation fees

🚨 Cancellation is FREE up to 24 hours before your session.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before, a fee may be charged to compensate your pro:

Time before appointment

Cancellation fee

24 - 8 hours before start time

£5 fixed fee

8 - 4 hours before start time

£10 fixed fee

4 - 2 hours before start time

50% of the booking cost (up to a max of £20)

Less than 2 hours before start time

80% of the booking cost (up to a max of £30)

No-show or late cancellation (after the start time)

100% of the booking cost (up to a max of £40)

💡 You can cancel for free within 15 minutes of your booking being validated by a pro.

🚨 If your pro arrives but cannot perform the session due to hygiene conditions or a booking error (e.g., head lice, unsanitary conditions, commercial premises), they will receive travel compensation of up to £40.

💙 The fee is paid directly to your professional. They are always free to reduce or waive them at their discretion.
