Going on holiday or away for a while? No worries! You can pause your regular cleaning for as long as you need. Here’s how. 👇
📱 How to put your cleaning on hold
1️⃣ Go to "Appointments" in the Wecasa app.
2️⃣ Select the regular cleaning session you want to pause.
3️⃣ Scroll to the "On hold" section.
4️⃣ Choose the start and end dates for your pause period.
5️⃣ Confirm your selection.
🚨 Important:
Double-check your selected dates before confirming, as they cannot be changed afterward.
You can return to your Appointments section to verify the pause status.
Is it only possible to put on hold your appointment once your first session has been done with your pro. If your first order has not been done yet, you won't have this option on display.
✅ What happens next?
Once your pause period ends, your regular cleaning sessions will automatically resume—no need to reactivate them manually!
