How to request a different Wecasa pro for a one-off or recurring session.

🔁 Changing professionals for a one-off session

If you’d like a different pro for a cleaning, childcare, hairdressing, or well-being appointment, follow these steps:

📱 How to change your pro:
1️⃣ Cancel your order for free up to 24 hours before the session.
2️⃣ When prompted for a reason, select "I want another pro" and click "Change pro".
3️⃣ A new request will be sent automatically.

💡 For future bookings: You can choose whether to keep the same professional or have a new one selected for you.


🔄 Changing professionals for a recurring session

We aim to match you with the right pro from your first appointment. However, if you’re not satisfied, let us know what’s not working, and we’ll help.

📱 How to change your regular pro:
1️⃣ From the second appointment onwards, tap "Change pro" in the Wecasa app.
2️⃣ This will cancel all upcoming appointments with your current pro.
3️⃣ We’ll then begin searching for a new professional—you don’t need to do anything else!

💡 You’ll be notified once a new pro has been assigned to you.
