π How to message your pro
βοΈ Via the Wecasa app:
1οΈβ£ Go to the "Appointments" tab π
2οΈβ£ Select the relevant appointment
3οΈβ£ Tap "Messages" to start a chat π¬
βοΈ Via your customer area (website):
1οΈβ£ Log in to your Wecasa account
2οΈβ£ Navigate to the booking details
3οΈβ£ Click on "Messages" to send a message
π¨ When can I message my pro?
You can only contact your pro once your booking has been confirmed. If you donβt see the message option, your appointment may still be pending confirmation.
