How to message your pro
Via the Wecasa app:
1️⃣ Go to the "Messages" tab 📅
2️⃣ Select your pro
3️⃣ Start a chat 💬
Via your customer area (website):
1️⃣ Log in to your Wecasa account
2️⃣ Navigate to your booking details
3️⃣ Send a message via the Messages window on the right
When can I message my pro?
You can only contact your pro once your booking has been confirmed. If you don’t see the message option, your appointment may still be pending confirmation.

Confirm directions or access codes
Ask questions about the service
Arrange specific details (e.g., time adjustments, special requests)
For urgent concerns, feel free to reach out to Wecasa support via the app (Account > Contact us).
