πŸ“Œ How to message your pro

βœ”οΈ Via the Wecasa app:
1️⃣ Go to the "Appointments" tab πŸ“…
2️⃣ Select the relevant appointment
3️⃣ Tap "Messages" to start a chat πŸ’¬

βœ”οΈ Via your customer area (website):
1️⃣ Log in to your Wecasa account
2️⃣ Navigate to the booking details
3️⃣ Click on "Messages" to send a message

🚨 When can I message my pro?
You can only contact your pro once your booking has been confirmed. If you don’t see the message option, your appointment may still be pending confirmation.
