For beauty, hairdressing, and massage services, you can now reschedule a session for your client directly from your app at the end of an appointment.

๐Ÿ’ก This makes it easier for clients to book repeat sessions and helps you maintain a steady schedule!


๐Ÿ“Œ Key Details

โœ”๏ธ Do I need the clientโ€™s approval before rebooking? ๐Ÿค
โœ… Yes! The client must agree before you reschedule their appointment. You will be notified in the app to confirm consent.

โœ”๏ธ Will the customer be debited immediately? ๐Ÿ’ณ
โœ… No. The client will only be charged the day after their scheduled session, as usual.

โœ”๏ธ Can I modify or add services when rebooking? โœจ
โœ… Yes! You can:

  • Rebook the same service they previously had.

  • Add extra services if the client agrees.

โœ”๏ธ Will we receive confirmation emails? ๐Ÿ“ฉ
โœ… Yes! Both you and the client will receive a confirmation email and app notification once the appointment is confirmed.


๐Ÿ“Œ How do I reschedule an appointment?

1๏ธโƒฃ After completing a session, go to the booking details in your Wecasa Pro app.
2๏ธโƒฃ Tap on the "Reschedule" button.
3๏ธโƒฃ Select the date, time, and services for the next appointment.
4๏ธโƒฃ Confirm the bookingโ€”both you and the client will be notified!
