We test the Wecasa Pro app every day, and thanks to our extensive network, we continuously assess its performance. The app works! However, if you experience an issue, here’s what you can do:


🚨 Common Issues & Solutions

1. Poor Network Connection

  • If your phone isn’t connected to a stable internet network, notifications may not come through.

  • Try switching to WiFi or mobile data and check again.

2. Notifications Not Activated

  • Ensure that your phone settings allow Wecasa notifications. For this you need to set it up.

  • Android users: Some manufacturers block notifications to save battery life. Adjust your phone’s settings accordingly!

📩 Reporting a Bug

If you believe you’ve spotted a bug (nobody's perfect! 😄), please report it via the chat in your Wecasa Pro app, providing:
🔹 A screenshot of the issue
🔹 A description of what happened and at what stage
🔹 The name & date of the appointment where you experienced the issue (if applicable)
