📌 Not Receiving Notifications from Wecasa?

Notifications are crucial to receive job proposals and client messages in real-time! If you’re not getting them, follow these troubleshooting steps to fix the issue.


1️⃣ First Steps: Quick Fixes

Log out & log back in to the Wecasa Pro app.
Only use Wecasa Pro on one device at a time.

  • If the app is installed on multiple devices (e.g., phone + tablet), you’ll only receive notifications on the last-used device.

  • Log out from all devices and sign back in on the device you want to use.
    Restart your phone after making changes.


2️⃣ Apple Devices (iPhone, iPad) 🍏

🔎 Check your notification settings:
1️⃣ Open Settings → Scroll to Wecasa Pro.
2️⃣ Go to Notifications.
3️⃣ Make sure banners and badges are enabled.


3️⃣ Android Devices (Samsung, Huawei, Xiaomi, etc.) 🤖

🔎 Check notification settings:
1️⃣ Open Settings → Search for Wecasa Pro.
2️⃣ Go to Notifications → Make sure all options are enabled.

🔋 Check battery settings (VERY IMPORTANT!):
Your phone might be blocking notifications to save battery.
1️⃣ Open Settings → Go to Battery (or Power Usage).
2️⃣ Find Wecasa Pro → Make sure it’s set to "Unrestricted" (not "Optimized").
3️⃣ Disable Battery Optimization for Wecasa Pro.
4️⃣ If you see Adaptive Battery settings, turn them off for Wecasa Pro.

🚨 Some brands (Xiaomi, Huawei, Oppo) have aggressive battery-saving settings! If you use one of these, ensure Wecasa Pro is allowed to run in the background.


4️⃣ Check Third-Party Apps (Android users)

🔎 Some apps block notifications for Wecasa Pro!

  • Examples: Clean Master, Security Master, CCleaner

  • If you use one of these, check its settings and allow Wecasa Pro to send notifications.
