Soon moving to a new city? Here is what you should do!
📌 1. Cancel Your Scheduled Appointments
Before moving, cancel any existing bookings in your current city to avoid confusion.
🔹 How to Cancel:
1️⃣ Open the Wecasa Pro app.
2️⃣ Navigate to the service you need to cancel.
3️⃣ Tap on "Cancel" and select a reason.
4️⃣ Provide a short explanation (minimum 20 characters)—this helps keep clients informed.
📌 2. Update Your Address
Once you've finalized your move, update your location so you can start receiving new proposals in your new city.
🔹 How to Update Your Address:
1️⃣ Log into your Pro area on the Wecasa website (this feature is not available in the app).
2️⃣ Go to "My Profile".
3️⃣ Update your address to reflect your new city.
🚨 Important: Make sure all previous bookings are canceled before updating your address!
📌 3. Start Receiving New Proposals
✅ Once your address is updated, Wecasa will send you service requests based on your new location.
✅ You’ll receive job proposals from clients in your new city—just like before!
💡 Tip: Make sure your travel area is correctly set up in the "My Account" > "Travel Area" section of your Wecasa Pro app.
With these simple steps, you’ll be ready to restart your Wecasa journey in your new city without any hassle! 🎉
