Customers can cancel their appointment at any time. This guide explains the cancellation policy, fees applied based on timing, and how you can adjust these fees in exceptional cases.

❌ Free cancellation window

πŸ•’ Customers have 15 minutes after booking to cancel free of charge.

🚨 Beyond this period, cancellation is free up to 8 hours before the session.
After that, cancellation fees may apply to compensate you for travel and lost earnings.


πŸ’° Cancellation fees based on timing

Time before appointment

Cancellation fee

Between 8 and 4 hours

Β£10 fixed fee

Between 4 and 2 hours

50% of session price, up to Β£20 maximum

Between 2 hours before and start time

80% of session price, up to Β£30 maximum

After session start time or no-show (30 min late)

100% of session price, up to Β£40 maximum

βœ… The cancellation fee goes directly to you as compensation.


⚠️ Exceptions & Fee Adjustments

If you were pro and the client had to leave, no cancellation fees will be chargedβ€”it would be unfair for the client to pay due to a delay.
