๐ Customers have 15 minutes after booking to cancel free of charge.
๐จ Beyond this period, cancellation is free up to 8 hours before the session.
After that, cancellation fees may apply to compensate you for travel and lost earnings.

Between 8 and 4 hours | ยฃ10 fixed fee |
Between 4 and 2 hours | 50% of session price, up to ยฃ20 maximum |
Between 2 hours before and start time | 80% of session price, up to ยฃ30 maximum |
After session start time or no-show (30 min late) | 100% of session price, up to ยฃ40 maximum |
โ The cancellation fee goes directly to you as compensation.

If you were pro and the client had to leave, no cancellation fees will be chargedโit would be unfair for the client to pay due to a delay.
