π Customers have 15 minutes after booking to cancel free of charge.
π¨ Beyond this period, cancellation is free up to 8 hours before the session.
After that, cancellation fees may apply to compensate you for travel and lost earnings.
π° Cancellation fees based on timing
Time before appointment | Cancellation fee |
Between 8 and 4 hours | Β£10 fixed fee |
Between 4 and 2 hours | 50% of session price, up to Β£20 maximum |
Between 2 hours before and start time | 80% of session price, up to Β£30 maximum |
After session start time or no-show (30 min late) | 100% of session price, up to Β£40 maximum |
β The cancellation fee goes directly to you as compensation.
β οΈ Exceptions & Fee Adjustments
If you were pro and the client had to leave, no cancellation fees will be chargedβit would be unfair for the client to pay due to a delay.
πΆ Force majeure situations (e.g. childbirth, accident, bereavement) or loyal customers?
