If your shopping cart shows 0€, don’t worry—your booking is still valid! Here’s why this happens.
💳 Why does my bank show a 0€ confirmation?
When you book a service, we register your bank details but do not charge you at that moment.
✅ Your bank may ask you to confirm the registration of your payment details, sometimes displaying an amount of 0€.
✅ This does not mean your basket is empty—your booking is still active!
✅ You will receive a Wecasa confirmation email with the total amount of your future session.
💡 When will I be charged?
At Wecasa, payment is only processed the day after your session. So, you won’t be charged until then!
