π When should you modify a booking?
Sometimes, during an appointment, you and the client may agree to change the serviceβfor example, adjusting the duration, adding extra services, or switching to a different treatment. If this happens, the booking must be updated accordingly.
π οΈ How to modify a booking?
There are two ways to update a booking:

1οΈβ£ The client modifies the booking
The client can log in to their Wecasa client area and update their booking.
Youβll receive a notification asking you to accept the changes.
2οΈβ£ You modify the booking in your Wecasa Pro app
Go to the appointment details in your Wecasa Pro app.
Click "Modify services" or "Modify appointment" and adjust the session details.
Confirm the new booking details before completing the session.
βNew : You can now modify entire recurring sessions with your customer (available only for cleaning sessions)!

β³ Important note
π¨ All modifications must be made before 12 PM the day after the appointment.
After this time, no further changes can be processed.
π¨ Always confirm the changes with the client before modifying a booking.
If the client disagrees with the modification, Wecasa may need to cancel the entire appointment and your account may be limited.
