Once your appointment is complete, you’ll receive a satisfaction survey via email and text. This allows you to share your experience and rate your professional based on:

You’ll also have a free comment section and the option to leave a public review (visible on your pro’s profile) or keep your feedback private.
📩 Where to find the satisfaction survey?
The survey is sent to you by email after each session.
If it’s your first booking in a specific category (hairdressing, beauty, massage, cleaning, etc.), you’ll also receive it via SMS and app notification.
Haven’t received it? No worries! You can find the satisfaction survey link in the "My Appointments" section of the Wecasa app.
