  • After each appointment, we send a satisfaction survey via email and SMS.

  • Use this form to share your feedback and concerns.

2️⃣ Our quality team will investigate

  • We’ll review your feedback and contact your professional to understand the situation.

  • We’ll work towards a satisfactory resolution while ensuring that your feedback is taken into account.

  • If the appointment was completed by the professional, it cannot give rise to a refund.

  • However, we always strive to find a fair and appropriate solution for all cases.
