How to apply a promo or referral code when booking a service on Wecasa

Got a discount or referral code? Great! Here’s how to apply it and enjoy your savings. 👇

📝 How to enter your promo code

1️⃣ Start your booking via the Wecasa app or customer area.
2️⃣ Look for the "Promo code" field in the booking form.
3️⃣ Enter your code in the designated space.

4️⃣ The discount will be automatically applied to your total! 🤩


✅ If your session is already booked

1️⃣ Go to your customer account on our website.
2️⃣ Go to the relevant session and look for the "add promo code" field in the booking.
3️⃣ Enter your code in the designated space.


Using your promo code:

  • Advance notice: Your code must be entered before the start of your session. Once the invoice has been issued, we cannot apply the code retroactively or issue a refund, even if you forgot to enter it.

  • Validity period: The date of your order is what counts. Your code is valid as long as you book before its expiration date, even if your session takes place later.

  • Single use: Our codes cannot be split. They can only be used once for a single booking.


Note:

  • Make sure you’re using the promo code with the same email address linked to your Wecasa account. Codes are account-specific and won’t work with another account.

  • If a code has expired or reached its usage limit, it can no longer be applied.

  • If the amount of your code exceeds the amount in your cart, the difference cannot be recovered or reused at a later date.

  • Some codes are reserved for specific services or customer groups; double-check the conditions if the code doesn’t apply.
