Troubleshooting Promo Code Issues
💾 Make sure you're using the promo code with the email address linked to your Wecasa account. Codes are account-specific and won't work if used with a different account. If a code has expired or reached its usage limit, it won't be usable anymore.
Promo Codes for Future Sessions
If your session gets canceled or modified, you'll need to contact Wecasa to reapply a promo code. Promo codes can also be assigned to a session scheduled in advance.
