Sometimes, banks reject transactions for security reasons or insufficient funds. If this happens, don’t worry—we’ll notify you by email so you can update your payment details.


🔄 How to resolve a failed payment

1️⃣ Log in to your customer area via the Wecasa app or website.
2️⃣ Update your payment details by linking a new bank card to your account.
3️⃣ Once your new card is added, the payment will be retried automatically.
