Can I edit the comment on my booking?

No, it isn’t possible to edit or add a comment once your booking is confirmed.
The information you provide during checkout — including your comment for the cleaner — is final for that session.

Why is this restricted?

This rule ensures that the details shared with your professional stay consistent with your confirmed booking.
Comments are sent to the pro as soon as the order is placed, preventing confusion or last-minute changes.

How can I update my comment?

If you’d like to change your comment or instructions:

  1. Cancel your current booking(s).

  2. Make a new booking and include your updated comment.

This way, your new message will be correctly linked to the new reservation.
