✨ For One-Time Appointments

If you just need to move or change a single session:

  1. Go to your Agenda.

  2. Open the booking you want to change.

  3. Tap Modify.

  4. Choose the new date and time.

  5. Save the change.

That’s it! The customer will receive an automatic notification confirming the updated time.

🔁 For Recurring Appointments

You can now manage your recurring sessions without needing to contact support — a big time-saver for you and your clients!

  1. Go to your Agenda and open the session.

  2. Tap Modify.

  3. Choose whether to edit:

    • This session only, or

    • All future sessions in the series.

  4. Pick the new date and/or time.

  5. If you change the entire series, your client will receive a proposal for the new schedule and has 4 hours to approve it.

  6. Confirm that your client has agreed to the change — this step is required before you can save.

  7. Save the update.

💡 Pro tip: You’ll only see time slots that are actually available. If a slot isn’t free, you’ll see why (for example, another Wecasa booking or a personal event).

⚠️ Important: Customer Approval Is Required

Changing a booking without the customer’s agreement is not allowed.
To protect both pros and clients, any modification must be approved by the customer before it’s saved.

If a booking is changed without customer consent, your account may be temporarily limited and reviewed by our team.
We strongly encourage you to always communicate clearly with your clients before making changes.

👀 Before Saving

You’ll always see a recap of the changes, including the next upcoming session.
Both you and your client receive the right information (by email and push notification) once everything’s confirmed.
